Figure Competitor Workout for FAST Results

Figure competitions are mainstream these days. More and more women are entering figure contests and doing extremely well in them. Training for a figure competition requires workout discipline. You have to be faithful to your workout program if you want to get results. If you can follow these figure fitness tips for just 6 weeks you will see amazing and shocking results in no time.

First, an important aspect to take into consideration is NOT to over-train. Over-training can lead to muscle loss, fat gain, fatigue, depression, lack of motivation, etc. One way to avoid over-training is to develop a balanced training split so every muscle group get's worked each week, yet not over worked. Monday - Hamstrings and Calves

Tuesday - Chest, Triceps, and Abs

Wednesday - Off

Thursday - Quad and Calves

Friday - Shoulders and Abs

Saturday - Back, Biceps, and Calves

Sunday - Off

This sort of training split allows each muscle group to be worked, without being over-trained. With this type of training split, choose 3-4 exercises for each muscle group, shooting for 3-4 sets in the 8-12 rep range.

Incline BB press - 10 reps then go immediately to

Rest 1-2 minutes and repeat 2-3 more times.

You will definitely feel the burn and pump after a good tri-set. Tri-sets can be implemented on any body part you choose.

Realize that tri-sets take a lot of strength and energy to complete all 3 exercises in a consecutive manner, so be sure to keep your weight poundage within reason. Tri-sets will take your training, muscle development, and fat loss to a new level.
